Tonya is a handful!  I picked her out at the 2008 AGM because of her conformation, size and obvious personality and felt she would be a perfect match to breed to one of our new herd sires we had purchased.  Tonya has been difficult at times in the show ring and at the farm (practicing for the show ring).., but she almost always brings home the blue!  She is retired from the show ring and has started her production career.., and just like the show ring she excels! Of course as a working cattle farm we shop for animals that can bring something to our herd, usually with a specific bull in mind.., sometimes it works.., sometimes it doesn't.., this time boy did it work!  She had one of our next premiere herd sires.., a Red Bull homozygous for Dun, conformation and personality.., he will be a wonderful asset to our breeding and show program!

Here is WHY we bought Tonya!  Wanting to breed her to a new bull we had bought - we prayed for a bull and Royalty was born!
