Freedom Farms is located in Louisburg, North Carolina - 1 Hour northeast of Raleigh, 2 Hours south of Richmond, VA . We welcome visitors to the farm by appointment. We take great pride and care in our animals and treat them with the love and care they deserve.
All of our animals have been raised humanely in spacious surroundings on pasture without need for daily antibiotics, growth hormone implants or being fed "chicken litter" for added protein.., they are raised as naturally as possible and are happy and healthy to prove it. Buying meat from our farm you can rest assured that you are getting the best quality, healthy meats your hard earned money can buyfor you and your family. Most of the meats have been flash frozen to preserve freshness.
We NOW offer a limited supply of healthy free range hens - various breeds - some are prime layers of brown or green eggs - others will simply help control your insect population and entertain you with their antics.., or by slaughtering at your facility offer your family healthy fresh chicken dishes. We also offer a limited supply of mature and young Muscovy Ducks. We offer on farm pickups as well as limited offerings of pickup sites at (currently) 3 different drop areas - 2 in Raleigh and 1 in Durham. Call us or check our schedule page link on the Price Sheet.
